Terms of Use
These terms apply to visits to the Clash for PC website, access to technical resources, and visits to client download pages through this site. Please read them before use. If you disagree, stop using the relevant services. These terms do not replace a client's own license agreement or privacy notice, or the terms of any third-party service.
1. Site Purpose and Scope
This site brings together download links, setup steps, and technical information for clients in the Clash ecosystem. Its content is for educational purposes only. Parameters, interface labels, and configuration examples explain how to perform specific tasks; they are not solutions for every device or network, nor legal, security, or business advice.
This site and each open-source project are responsible for maintaining their own content. Displaying a brand name, project information, or download link does not mean this site is officially authorized by or affiliated with the project, or can make commitments on its behalf.
2. Legal Use and User Responsibilities
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they live and to their activities, as well as the requirements of their organization, network operator, and relevant service providers. Do not use this site's resources or clients for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized system access, data theft, infringement of others' rights, or disruption of network operations.
Before installing a client, importing a subscription, or enabling a proxy, make sure you are authorized to use the device and network, and understand the effects of the settings. Assess the trustworthiness of third-party subscriptions and configuration sources yourself. Do not publicly share links, configuration files, or logs containing personal access credentials.
3. Third-Party Software and Services
The clients and their cores are developed, released, and maintained by their respective open-source projects or software providers. Refer to each project's own documentation for supported features, system compatibility, and maintenance status. Downloading or installing a client does not mean this site provides subscriptions, network access, or third-party accounts.
Client updates may change configuration formats and navigation. External download pages and store listings may also change. When using an external service, review its terms and privacy notice separately. This site has no control over third-party content, availability, pricing, or data practices.
4. Risks and Limitation of Liability
We strive to keep the information clear and accurate, but cannot guarantee that it will always be complete or current, or that a client will remain available in every environment. System proxy, TUN, DNS, and routing settings may affect network connectivity. Back up your configuration before making changes, and keep a way to restore the original settings.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or other losses resulting from using third-party software, applying example configurations, or relying on information provided here. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or affects rights users have under applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses
Project names, trademarks, logos, and software code remain the property of their respective rights holders. Open-source licensing does not waive those rights. When using, modifying, or redistributing software, comply with the applicable project license, including requirements to retain copyright notices, provide source code, and meet other distribution obligations.
The license for this site's written material is separate from the licenses for third-party software. Credit this site when citing its content. Do not remove third-party copyright notices or present modified material as content published by the original project or this site.
6. Changes to These Terms and Support
These terms may be revised to reflect changes to content or services, or to meet legal requirements. Revisions will be posted on this page, and the updated month will appear at the top. Material changes affecting use will be noted on relevant pages. Review the applicable terms before continuing to use the relevant content.
For installation or configuration issues, see the Help Center and User Guide. When describing an issue, redact subscription URLs, account details, and access credentials. For issues with a client itself, use the support channels provided by its project.
